Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine & Design in New York after doing a lot of thinking and reading on why there are so few female Creative Directors. She believes we can create change through mentorship and championing each others' work.
As a bunch of female creatives living and working in Dublin, we are inspired by Jessica's global call for a monthly chin-wag on design with a drop of wine. Dublin has more than it's fair share of exceptionally creative women and it is our hope to bring us all together at Ladies, Wine & Design.

Numbers show us that there's a very small percentage of women leading the creative industry. However, we find the people we are inspired by most are often other talented ladies.
Here are some of the women we admire from a cross section of design, technology, fashion and fine art, women we would enjoy a drop of wine with including a selection of female creatives we have been fortunate to work with or have met somewhere, sometime in Dublin!
Email us if you want to nominate someone for this list, especially if they are Irish.
