As the first of hopefully many events, I'd love to kick off this series with people who would like to join the Frankfurt committee and discuss future topics and events for the calendar

Many woman study graphic design yet a much smaller group go on to become working designers and an even smaller number become industry leaders. My aim is to help build a strong community of female designers through mentoring, collaboration and support to encourage a change in the Frankfurt / German design scene. I hope that Ladies, Wine & Design can become a platform for collaboration and sharing of ideas.
— Justina Honsel

Numbers show that there's a very small percentage of women leading the creative industry. However, I find the people I’m inspired by most are often other talented ladies. Here are a few women I have admired, worked with, or had my eye on! Email me if you want to nominate someone for this list, especially women in Germany.
