Thursday June 1st, 7pm Designer as Author

As designers we don’t need to only make other peoples brands look great. We can develop our own content & ideas and use design as a tool.

Thursday June 29th, 7pm Social Media

Should social be kept personal or used for work? How can it be used to promote your work, gain feedback from others, and network? Lets discuss!

Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine and Design in New York after doing a lot of thinking and reading on why there are so few women creative directors. She believes we can change that through mentorship and championing others' work. We couldn't agree more, and we also think it would be fun to meet other talented lady designers to create a network, so we reached out to her, and ta da! Ladies, Wine and Design Wellington was born.

Numbers show that there is a very small percentage of women leading the creative industry. However, the people we could be most inspired by are other talented ladies. Here are a few creative women who have been inspiring for Hannah. Email me if you want to nominate someone for this list, especially kiwis!
