Our topic will be process - let's share the ways we approach work, how do we work, which steps are crucial and what are the pitfalls.

We believe nothing is better for getting inspired then hearing real life stories. Continuing with our series of talks by female creatives on the topic of a journey.

Charlota is a multidisciplinary designer focusing on branding, visual design and digital product design. In her career so far, she switched hats many times – being an industrial design student, wedding photographer, illustrator, UX designer.

In her talk Lessons learned: How to prototype and design your career Charlota will share learnings from her career journey so far, how she transitioned between industries, different types of employment (freelance vs employed), and how she stopped worrying about what her resume says and learned to love and embrace her multi-hyphen work identity (visual-UX-brand designer...etc).
She will also talk about career prototyping: in classic design prototyping, the goal is to work out any kinks before going into production, in a low cost, low risk way.
Career prototyping follows a similar approach – try, iterate, try again, iterate again. This means seeking experiences to figure out if a type of role or career is likely to be a good fit for you, and how it might change depending on your preferences and life situation.

Another Salon Night in COVID times.

There used to be a saying: "Behind every successful man, there is a strong woman." What about the other way around? Is there a supportive partner behind every strong, successful woman? Let's chat about partnerships and a circle of support in our lives, while sharing laughs and a couple glasses of wine.

Sanja Čežek has a great adventure to share - in her presentation Stubborn on vision, flexible on the details she will talk about her journey from the advertising world, to opening her own business, getting into the indie game industry - and most recently publishing her first illustrated online story the "Frozenbird".
Pro's and con's of changing career fields, being a career driven but nurturing mother and all that magical good and bad stuff happening behind the scene.
Also, Sanja is the original host who started the Prague Ladies, Wine & Design chapter back in 2016.
