Fir, llex and mistletoe are by no means the only pre-Christmas messengers. And they are by no means the only e plants that can be used to brighten up rooms and, of course, the people who live and work in them. Plants enrich us and have been proven to promote our well-being, which is why we will be rounding off our Ladies, Wine & Design year with the ‘one and only plant lady’.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming the wonderful Miriam Köpf to her brand new Phyllis Space!
Like so many of the ladies in our network, the career of founder phyllis.plants is made up of many pieces of the puzzle:
after an internship at UnternehmenForm, led her to study product design at the Stuttgart Art Academy.
Since 2016, plants have been at the centre of her work as a design tool: starting with the pop-up store ‘Phyllis - a temporary plant thing’, she has now created a permanent space for herself, her work and her community with the ‘Phyllis Space’, which she will show us and tell us which pieces of the puzzle are still part of her life and what she is planning in her space!

The grey has returned, but of course we won't let it spoil our networking fun! On the contrary: it's time to counteract the autumn blues with an evening of inspiring ladies, good wine and lots of pleasant conversation.
That's why we'd like to join you on 10 October 2024 - this time in Ludwigsburg - to visit the wonderful Silke Schorr, a native of Saarland and passionate designer, at her agency pulsmacher.
As a member of the management board of the communications agency specialising in brand, event, digital and architecture, Silke has been responsible for brand architecture since 2014 and brings her flair for aesthetics, materials and trends to the table! She has been managing the business together with Jens Kenserski, Jochen Schroda and Thorsten Weh since 2023 and knows very well that a female perspective can only enrich the team. She will tell us what it means to take on responsibility in this constellation, develop leadership skills and remain true to herself in the process.

The bright summer is finally making its way out of the dreary grey. What could be better than a hopefully balmy summer evening with inspiring women, good food and wine? Not much - we reckon!
That's why we want to enjoy the summer with you and get to know two fantastic women and their special lives.

And the title of our event already gives it away: it's going to be tricky and wyld!

On the one hand, we are very happy about @trickytine ! A good ten years ago, Christine Garcia Urbina pressed ‘GO’ and her food blog went live. Since then, the content creator has not only won prizes with her #trickyteam, but also offers her readers delicious recipes and equally enjoyable stories.

But she won't be our only guest. We are also looking forward to welcoming another special lady: Jacintha Noëlle Talmon Gros, who runs the concept store and day bar @wyld_stuttgart in the west of Stuttgart. Created during what she herself describes as a turbulent - wyld - phase of her life, she now enchants her visitors with culinary delights and beautiful things.

Dear ladies,

we are absolutely thrilled: With every new event, our network expands to include incredibly exciting women who give our diverse creative industry a face! THANK YOU FOR THAT!

And our small team is also growing. Janina, Mirja and Sabine didn't want to let the wonderful Anja Haas go after the successful event at FemPalais and so Ladies, Wine & Design Stuttgart is now hosted by the four of us! We are very happy and say:

Anyone who has not yet had the chance to meet Anja will now have the opportunity to do so on 20 March 2024!

Under the motto LADIES, WINE & ART, she will tell us about her work as an art buyer and creative producer as well as her experiences as a networking expert. She will give us insights into her work with her studio @pudel_unlimited and tell us how she represents artists from the fields of photography, illustration and animation with her agency Pudel Unlimited Artist Management, which she founded at the beginning of the year, and connects them with clients.

This time we have the honour of hosting the next event at the Luisa Cerano pop-up store in Dorotheen Quartier!

Titled "Augmented Reality goes Fashion", the wonderful Monica Menez has staged the specially created Capsule Collection real-digital to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Luisa Cerano label. The artist's images are brought to life with the help of the smartphone app "Artivive" (download now!). Thanks to augmented reality, users can experience how the boundaries between fashion, art and technology merge.

In the six-week pop-up store, you can see for yourself, immerse yourself in the productions and philosophise about the extended layers of reality. It is here, where it all happens, that we want to discuss with you the use of mixed realities in art and fashion.

We are happy to welcome you to our Salon LADIES, WINE & DESIGN in MIXED REALITIES on 12 October 2023 starting at 18:30 at the Luisa Cerano Pop-Up Store, Dorotheen Quartier, Eduard-Breuninger-Str. 5 in Stuttgart.

In spring 2023, the entire StadtPalais - Museum für Stuttgart will be transformed into the "FemPalais - Festival of Women*" for six months. All exhibitions, events and formats will be exclusively dedicated to Stuttgart women* and will be directed, planned and implemented by women*. With a multi-perspective and intersectional approach, the festival will make visible women who have shaped the history of the city of Stuttgart and beyond in the past and who are helping to shape the city of Stuttgart in the present and future. The result is a festival that aims to encourage and inspire as many girls* and women* as possible to visit with their sons*, brothers* and fathers*". -StadtPalais

On 15 June, everything will be about the visibility of women. We want to bring Stuttgart's women's networks together. You can expect insights into exciting networks from the creative industries and, as always, lots of exciting women who want to network!

As we all know, there is truth in wine - but there is also often a lot of overconfidence. We're all familiar with the phenomenon: After one (or two) glasses of win, you sometimes feel obliged to answer an e-mail in a highly professional manner, but in the end you are being too honest. Typical drunken e-mailing "drailing" ...

Our next evening will not only be about the imprfect world of communication, our hosts will also show us through examples of mistakes, misunderstandYngs or simply different opinions about something (whether in a drunken or sobber state) are just as much a part of everyday life as the successful projects that everyone brags about.

True to the motto "All that glitters is not gold", Julia Kühne and Maha Shoukri welcome us to their shared office space at Christophstr. 6 in Stuttgart.

Julia Kühne, founder and managing director of the communications agency Gold und Wirtschaftswunder, and Maha Shoukri, business development manager at the music, sound and voice agency HearDis!, will be telling us a few anedoctes from their daily work - embedded in the corresponding sound files, of course.

Vioneers is responsible for the wine tasting this time. Sommelière Theresa Schmidt will introduce us to special wines from female winemarKers, which is sure to lead to one or two honest conversations.

Holiday season is just around the corner. Holiday? For most of us, it's rather the time when we feel stressed and rush back and forth between the things that still need to be done in the year that's coming to an end.

But before that, we want to take a short detox break with you.

We will be welcomed by Ulrike Brucher in the rooms of UnternehmenForm, where she is responsible for personnel, PR and marketing. With Studio Milk, she has created a place of rest and relaxation, of coming together. She will talk about her unusual life path, the challenges of self-employment and how she came to embrace a mindful lifestyle and how she inspires others to do so.

Culinary wise we will be spoiled by Elisabeth Trovato and a small but fine selection from her LALA Health Bar. She will also give us an insight into her experiences as an entrepreneur and how she manages the balancing act between family and work.

This time we will take you - literally - on a little journey: We will go directly to the vineyards, where we will not only taste wine and get to know the producers, we will also learn more about wine marketing, the development of a city and tourism brand and an effective corporate design.

We will meet in Fellbach, right in the middle of the action: Catrin Rathgeb, who in her function as head of the city's overall marketing with FELLBACH ERLEBEN primarily wants to provide a stage for the wine experience, will be waiting to welcome us at our first stop, the Aldinger winery.
After a joint cellar tour and wine tasting by the Aldinger family, we will go together to the Heid winery. There, Carolin Hermanns (left and right hand of Markus Heid) will give us an insight into their wine making.

Catrin will tell about her heart project FELLBACH ERLEBEN. As a sparring partner she will be supported by Lara Dähne. The studied communication designer is part of the team of Superultraplus Designstudio since 2018, which is responsible for the visual appearance of the appearance. Of course, there will be a tasting by the winemakers - as well as a small snack. It will be a memorable evening!

We will meet where two of our favourite topic happen - wine & design - The club traube, founded by Sabine Harms. Our wonderful hostess and her team from viDeli - foremost Noemi Lilla - will treat us to wine, snacks and share their profound knowledge with us about how wine inspires them: in life and at work!
We also welcome Heike Zuschke - aka Mrs. Zet - another inspiring woman, who also loves wine not (only) in its drinkable form. The communication design graduate with a focus on exhibition design uses her knowledge and enthusiasm to turn wines and wineries into brands. Monica will not only tell us something about the unusual exhibition format, but also a little more about herself and her award-winning work. We are happy, Sabine Harms from the wine shop viDeli will provide a selection of wines for this evening. Meeting point is the Kultur Kiosk of the wonderful Sara Dahme or the upper parking deck.
