Painting your inner self
They say “be yourself” . But how do we know who we truly are? Maybe painting and imagination could guide us through this journey? Let’s discover an alternative way of our inner self that can create.
You will need:
-3-5 blank A4 pages
-1 pencil
-3 colored markers or 3 colored pens
It’s not going to be an artistic skills workshop, but rather an artistic act of free expression. The guide to the journey all the way to our creative inner self will be Nadia Paraschou, an educator and visual artist.
