*Our space is inclusive of all women, non-binary, agender and gender non-conforming people. Self-definition is at the sole discretion of that individual.
If you feel you could benefit from a space meant for people who do not identify as men to share ideas and collaborate, you are welcome.
**Alcohol is entirely optional; you can drink tea, coffee or whatever you like!
We're kicking our off our launch with a good old-fashioned mixer. We have some exciting collaborations so do be sure to email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org to register an interest and be one of the first to receive all the juicy stuff!
LWD X FANDANGOEKID
January is a time for the 'new year, new me' mentality, we want you to get back into the swing of things with a spring in your step. Confidence is an issue that riddles our industry, even more so when you're in the gender minority. We want to address this head on, and get our hands dirty. What better way to kick off 2019 than with a workshop held by the incredible Annie Nicholson aka 'Fandangoekid'.
Are you a female student or recent grad in a design/creative subject?
Drink and Draw
Join us for a portfolio review session with a handful of Bristol's best creatives.
Join us for an evening filled with creativity and chatter at our upcoming Drink & Draw social. Network with other creative ladies as we drink and ink the night away. Simply bring along your own drawing materials… (we’ve got the venue and the free wine covered) and let those imaginations run wild!
LW&D Bristol turns one!

We started a Bristol chapter to help continue Jessica's mission. Through mentorship and championing others' work, we can make a change and see more women creative directors in the industry. If you'd like to read more around this topic, we are really enjoying the following sites/articles:
Where do all the women in advertising go?
Not just the right thing to do, the only thing
Statistics show that in the UK, only 12% of creative directors are women. This is something we are striving to change and right here in Bristol, we are already challenging this statistic.
