Ladies, Wine & Design was started by Jessica Walsh as an initiative to foster female creativity. Only a tiny percent of creative directors are women, and LW&D wants to help change this through monthly creative meet-ups, mentorship circles, and portfolio reviews. We’ll wine, dine, and have casual conversations on a wide variety of topics relating to creativity, business, and life.

Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine & Design in New York after doing a lot of thinking on why there are so few women creative directors. She believes we can change current statistics through mentorship and championing others' work. We couldn't agree more, and we also think it would be awesome to meet and support other lady creatives!
