Ladies, Wine and Design was started by Jessica Walsh of Sagmeister & Walsh as an initiative to foster women creativity. The Sacramento chapter was started by Amanda Sanchez, a local freelance graphic designer, because she knew that this was just what her creative community needed - a space for female designers to come together to eat, drink and discuss. Each event will have a different theme based around portfolio reviews, social media and business, and other creative topics. So, if you work in the field of design, or you are studying it, join your local girl (design & wine) gang! It’s free!
