Ladies, Wine & Design was started by Jessica Walsh as an initiative to foster female creativity. Only a tiny percent of creative directors are women, and LW&D wants to help change this through monthly creative meet-ups. We’ll wine, snack, and have casual conversations on a wide variety of topics relating to creativity, business, and life.

Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine & Design in New York after doing a lot of thinking and reading on why so few women hold leadership roles in creative industries. She believes we can change this trend through mentorship and championing others' work. We couldn't agree more and we have been dying to pick the brains of other female designers - so, voila! Ladies, Wine & Design Salt Lake City was born.
