We wine*, dine and have casual conversations on a wide variety of topics relating to creativity, business, and life.
We believe that all genders can be allies in our shared goal to #empowerwomen, and so, our meetings are gender-inclusive and supportive spaces for all. And as part of our mission to 'leave no creative behind', our events are (mostly) free o' charge** (and so's the wine!). We only ask that our guests respect the inclusive atmosphere and continue to engage in discussion, and idea generation, for the promotion of equal opportunities for female-identifying*** creatives.
* Booze is entirely optional, you can drink tea, coffee or soft drinks!
** Some events may require a small fee to cover material costs. There is also the option to donate when securing your ticket.
*** If you have any queries regarding our gender policy, please contact us.
A little pin goes a long way! All profits made from our Diddy Pins goes back into our community.

Jessica Walsh started Ladies, Wine & Design in New York after doing a lot of thinking and reading on why only 3% of women in the creative industry are creative directors or in leadership positions. She believes we can change that through mentorship and championing each other's work. We couldn't agree more, and so Ladies, Wine & Design (Southampton) was born. We look forward to meeting you lovely creative ladies soon.
As a non-profit initiative, we rely solely on donations and sponsorship to keep our community alive and as free for all as possible. If you'd like to donate, you can do so below.
As a thank you, we've put together a series of wallpapers for you to download.
