Valentine's Day Cards
Join us for our crafty February event, making cards for our loved ones. Whether it's for your significant other, your cat, or a gal pal, celebrate love in every way with every one!
Mar 14, 2018 6:30pm
We'll sip on wine, rosé, and enjoy special treats while we touch back to the good days with handmade Valentine's day cards.
In need of a creative project but don't know where to start? This month we'll focus on visual inspiration; where it comes from and how it can help propel your work. We will be doing a fun little exercise in which a piece of inspiration brings a brand to life. Bring your laptops, pencils, pens, notebooks, and paper and get your creative juices flowing!
Apr 4, 2018 6:30pm
Bring any bottle(s) of wine—red, white, rosé, bubbly—that speaks to you. We'll discuss why we choose our bottles, drink (of course), and explore the connections between taste and design!

Creative Entrepreneurship with Cherry Blossom Creative
Cherry Blossom Creative is opening up their doors for Ladies, Wine and Design to talk about what it's like being a woman-owned, local business in the District.
Torie Partridge is the owner of Cherry Blossom Creative, a creative studio and design shop in Shaw, DC. She's also the creator of the Neighborhood Maps Project, where she's working to represent each neighborhood in DC with its own illustrated neighborhood map. Torie's work centers on helping others be creative, fulfilled, and celebrate their local community. Find her online at @cherryblossomhq + @torietorie and at www.cherryblossomcreative.com
Numbers show that there's a very small percentage of women leading the creative industry. However, we found the people we're inspired by most are often other talented ladies. Here are a few women we have admired, worked with, or had our eye on! Email us if you want to nominate someone for this list.
